Meeting called to order at 4:34pm
In Attendance: President Nate Swann, Vice President Bryan Brittle, Treasurer Colin Mack, Student 
     Advocate Lyndsie Kidd, Secretary Jessica Haskins, Publications Chair Stefanie Nijssen, Webpage 
     Designer Chris Dixon, Advisor Lina Green, and Dean Buckingham

Class Projects
Seniors- Faculty Mixer (Bar-B-Q during senior week, Wednesday afternoon, in which 
        students with will invite a faculty member) Lyndsie and Candice
Juniors- Ring Celebration (Last weekend of April.  Idea to have ring presented to student 
         by parent(s), friend, teammate, faculty member or staff.  Dress-up affair, music and dancing)
         Jessica and Stefanie
Sophomores- Turkey Bowl (November, entry fee of canned good or money to be donated to a local
         food bank, the prize will be a gift card to Jillian’s) Chris and Bryan
Freshmen- Point system (For freshmen seminar classes who choose to participate, points achieved 
         through attending various of campus events, winning class receives season passes to Busch 
        Gardens) Colin and Nate
Homecoming
·	Parade (Friday at 1:30pm.  Entry forms are being taken care of by Lina and Candice.  We need
         at least fifty entries.
o	Pet parade (Faculty/Staff) (Look-a-like, school spirited, and most unusual pet)
o	MG’s sports car
o	Fall sports teams
o	Outside mascots
o	Greek entries
o	Other clubs and organizations
Frank the Magician (Tuesday night, Nate and Jessica)
Tailgate (Chris, Colin and Bryan)
T-Shirt Designs
Find out who did the ‘Root Beer Keg design’
Grill extended hours starting Sept. 11
September 11 (In memory, possibly doing something with Lina and Chappy that morning or doing the 
       ‘Human Flag at Mt. Trashmore, Monday morning)
