The Higher Education Project

• In partnership with Old Dominion University, Norfolk State University, Tidewater Community College, and Eastern Virginia Medical School
• A House for Tonya Cook and her two sons (Tim and Antonio)
• Located at 601 Mahone Avenue Norfolk, VA 23523
• Even though the dedication will be on April 30, 2005 there will still be some volunteer work required to make the home suitable for Tonya's occupancy.  Therefore, work on the house will continue after this date.
