National Artists headline annual music festival

Music, fun, food and beverages are all on the menu for the Lake Taylor Music Festival Saturday, September 19. A variety of music acts will take the stage including Wesleyan’s own Scott Bailey as well as My Dog Lucy, Texas Gym Show, the Travis Allison Band, Brothers From Different Mothers and headliners, Huffamoose.

The event was organized by juniors Eric Insley and Emily Brockelsby.

“For the last six months Eric and I and many other people have been working hard to put on a great show,” said Brockelsby. “We hope that everyone comes out and has a great time.”

To supplement the musical entertainment, a beer garden will be provided for those 21 and over. Other beverages will be available along with pizza. Local merchants such as The Kind will be selling their merchandise.
