My friends are very important to me. It is not often you find true friends that you can really trust and you know will have your back no matter what. For me my friendships really mean a lot to me because I went to boarding school for high school. It was not easy learning to trust new people but I have to say, I developed very close friendships with my friends there. When you are at boarding school you live with the people there and they not only become people you rely on and see every day, they become individuals you develop close bonds with and individuals you learn to love. I went to regular private school at home before attending boarding school and leaving my friends at home was hard, however I knew it was in my best interest. I still keep in touch with my friends from my school at home, however the relationships are different because as I said I lived with these people at boarding school. Saying goodbye to my friends at boarding school when I graduated after spending years with them was so hard to do but I know in my heart they will be there for me if I ever needed anything just as I would be there for them.
