Growing up sports where always a large part of my life, my dad being from England he had a major influence on my entire soccer career. He was always pushing for me to do my best in every practice and game I competed in. Thus knowing that I could compete at the next level. During my second game of my senior year in high school, I broke my leg and had to have a titanium plate and six screw put into my left leg. I have never fully recovered leaving my soccer dreams in the past. However, soccer is still a major part of my life thanks to my little brother. He plays travel soccer for the Richmond Kickers so I have the opportunity to see him play and help him grow as a young player.
Now, I am still playing sports such as hockey and golf because they are not as hard on my ankle/leg. I am also what you could call a beach bum. I love the water, so I surf, skim board, and wakeboard whenever I get the opportunity.
